Program: Basic C

BASIC C is designed for you if you have health concerns that have been treated, and you want diet adjustment as an extra support.

• If you are fighting with gastrointestinal infections with medicals aids, or have just defeated the conditions.
• If you are diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
• If you encounter metabolic syndromes, such as; hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and want to change your diet in order to reduce medicine intakes.
• If you have complicated concerns, such as; overweight with insomnia, irregular period cycles with disturbing PMS, frequent diarrhea with stress and fatigue.

With BASIC C you will:

• Complete NutriQ, an intensive questionnaire provided by Nutritional Therapy Association, 2 times - at the beginning and the end of the program. The questionnaire will be reviewed by Khun Ueam. You will get to learn more about your body functions, and get your Myfull Meal Plan (personalised diet plan) processed by Khun Ueam based on your questionnaire’s results and further interviews. Service valued THB 6,000.
• Get on a video-call session with Khun Ueam for the total of 5 hours (these total hours can be allocated within 2-month duration to suit your schedule) to be walked through your Myfull Meal Plan and get further recommendation from Khun Ueam. Service valued THB 9,000.
• Choose how you would like your follow-up: Call or text with Khun Ueam once a week (6 sessions in 2 months), or submit your food and mood diary to Khun Ueam every 3 days to see how your body reacts to the foods you take.
• Get an exclusive Personalised Diet Handbook (electronic version), re-designed for every client based on the recommendations you receive from Khun Ueam while you are in the program. This handbook will be issued 7-10 days after your program duration terminates.
• Basic C program duration: 2 months
• Basic C program total price: THB 15,000, excluding supplement costs if necessary or recommended.

You will be exclusively taken care by Khun Ueam Saengsuwon, the First Thai FNTP from Nutritional Therapy Association Australia.
